Garbage Man Loses Lawsuit Against Hornellsville

March 11, 2015

HORNELLSVILLE, NY – Garbage man Brian Gottschall’s lawsuit against the Town of Hornellsville and Ken Isaman and Ron Kennell lawsuit, is over.  Gottschall wanted to be paid for the items he claimed to have lost, when his junkyard was cleaned up by the Town of Hornellsville.

The suit was dismissed by Judge Joe Latham,  so it won’t be back in court again.

Town Supervisor Ken Isaman says his biggest regret was that it cost the Trident Insurance Company over $28,000, plus several thousand for legal fees. Isaman says after this, the insurance premiums from Trident will go up.
