U.S. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand released the following statement regarding the earthquake that struck the greater New York region: “My office is closely monitoring the situation regarding today’s earthquake and I stand ready to work with federal, state and local leaders to deliver resources to address impact or damages. I urge New Yorkers to stay safe and follow the guidance of our first responders and public officials.”
