ABC Radio News reporter Aaron Katersky tweeted on Wednesday night, that Governor Andrew Cuomo has given the okay for fantasy sports, while the NYS Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is continuing his lawsuits against Draft Kings and Fan Duel.
