NBC Sports reports that Governor Kathy Hochul is allowing alcohol to be sold as early as 8am, this Sunday morning. The governor is doing this, because of the time zone difference with the Bills game being in London England this Sunday, and in the U.K., they are five hours ahead of us here in New York State.
