ALBANY, NY – Governor Andrew Cuomo said in a 1pm press conference today, that he “feels hurt and embarrassed” that he offended anyone and says he is sorry. The governor also says he would like New Yorkers to wait for the facts to come out from the State Attorney General’s report.
