Remember how two prisoners broke out of Clinton Correctional, in 2015? The search at that time, went on in parts of Steuben and Allegany County. The latest on that is, the New York Daily News reports that one of the prisoners, Patrick Alexander, is suing Governor Andrew Cuomo and some troopers and prison workers.
The lawsuit claims that Governor Andrew Cuomo stopped by and taunted him in his cells after he was caught, and that he and other prisoners were beat up shortly after that.
The governor’s spokesman, Rich Azzorpardi, calls the story, ridiculous.
