Governor Cuomo Did Not Commit A Crime In Shutting Down The Moreland Commission

Time Warner Cable News reports that U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara says that there is insufficient evidence to show that Governor Andrew Cuomo committed a crime in shutting down the Moreland Commission.
 
“We were always confident there was no illegality here, and we appreciate the US Attorney clarifying this for the public record,” said Elkan Abramawitz, counsel for the executive chamber.
