STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – Appearing on the Wlea Newsmaker Show this morning, Sheriff Jim Allard spoke of about New York State Governor Kathy Hochul has signed the FEMA declaration for the affected Steuben County Towns. The sheriff says it’s important, that everyone in Woodhull, Addision, Jasper and anywhere else, whose homes/businesses were damaged by the August 18 flooding, call 2-1-1 to report the damage.
