HORNELL, NY – Steuben County District Attorney Brooks Baker announced this morning at the Hornell Police Station, that the Steuben County Grand Jury has made four indictments against Dakota Miller, the Hornell man who is accused of killing a baby in November, 2015.
The Grand Jury’s indictments are:
Aggravated Murder
1st Degree Murder
2nd Degree Murder
1st Degree Manslaughter
Miller remains in Steuben County Jail.
