HARTSVILLE, NY – A Hartsville farmer is accused of dumping waste into Purdy Creek.
Attorney General Eric Schneiderman says 65 year old Russell Gerow dumped ammonia and phosphorus into Purdy Creek.
Gerow was charged by the Department of Environmental Conservation with about half a dozen D.E.C. offenses.
