STEUBEN COUNTY, NY – Hartsville Town Supervisor Kriste Gerhard says, the Hartsville Town Board has voted to accept the South Hornell Fire Department contract. The Hartsville supervisor says it will cost $23,000 a year with a two percent increase in 2025/2026. “We cannot say how appreciative we are for the decades of service from the Canisteo Fire Company,” Gerhard said.
