HARTSVILLE, NY – The Hartsville Town Board will have a public hearing on the budget on November 12th at 7pm.
Hartsville Supervisor Mike Muhleisen says Hartsville is expected to maintain the two percent tax cap, and Muhleisen says the town might see a slight tax increase.
