The Yates County Sheriff’s Department reports that a 71 year old Rochester man is accused of taking deputies on a chase that went over 100 miles an hour. They say that happened Saturday night. It started in the Town of Potter and ended in the Town of Gorham. The charges against the Rochester man are: DWI, 3rd degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer, reckless driving, speeding and other charges.
