Mayor Shawn Hogan says that fotunately there were no injuries from the power outage situation in Hornell. “Unfortunately, the power affected St. James Hospital, industrial operations in the South Yards, Bryant School and have disrupted quite a number of lives here.” Hogan also wanted the almost 2,200 customers without power to know that it may be until this evening before power is restored.
