HORNELL, NY – From Mayor John Buckley: Last week in a special meeting of the Board of Public Safety, the Board provisionally appointed Stuart McHenry to the rank of sergeant. Sergeant Matt Linehan recently retired after 20 years of service. “Stuart is a natural born leader and we are excited to see him in this new role.”
