HORNELL, NY – Hornell City Hall offices will close at 2:00 pm tomorrow, and be closed all day on Monday, the 26th. City Hall officials also noted that the STAR applications will be accepted all next week, and that there is also a drop box on the side of the building for those who want to drop off papers.
