Hornell City Hall will close at noon this Wednesday July 3 and reopen on Friday July 5. The Hornell Compost Waste Facility will be closed Wednesday, July 3rd, beginning at 12:00pm and will reopen Friday, July 5.
There are no Hornell Area Transit bus runs on July 4th, which is Thursday.
Also, the Hornell Public Library will be closed on July 4th and reopen on July 5th.
