FROM HORNELL CITY HALL: Hornell City Offices will close at 12:00 pm on Thursday, December 21 and will reopen on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, in observance of the Christmas holiday. The offices will, also, close at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 29, 2023, and will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2023 in observance of the New Year’s holiday.
Garbage collection will be delayed one day the weeks of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
The Hornell Public Library will be closed on December 25, 2023. It will reopen on Tuesday, December 26, 2023. The library will also be closed on January 1, 2024 and will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
Hornell Area Transit buses will not run on December 25, 2023 or January 1, 2024
