Hornell City Hall will be closed on Monday, February 20, 2023 for Presidents’ Day. City Hall reopens on Tuesday February 21, 2023. There will be NO delay in garbage pickup during the week of February 19th. Garbage will be picked up in the City of Hornell and North Hornell on schedule. Residents should put their garbage out on their normal mornings and nights. It is, also, recycling week. The Hornell Area Transit System will be running its normal service on February 20, 2023
