There’s a public hearing this evening at 6:00 at Hornell City Hall about overriding the State’s Two Percent Propery Tax Cap. Right after that, there will be another public hearing on the Hornell General Fund and Water Fund Budgets. Also, the Hornell Common Council will meet in special session at 7:00 in the Council Chambers of City Hall, at 82 Main Street.
