Last night at a special meeting of the Common Council, Mayor John Buckley presented the 2021/2022 City budget which featured no tax increase.
Buckley said “I’m very proud of this budget. My goal was to hold the line and not raise taxes. We accomplished just that.”
Mayor Buckley went on to say “We have been fiscally responsible throughout my administration and continue to do so.”
The Common Council passed the budget unanimously.
