HORNELL, NY – Denise Chilson, director of the Hornell Public Library, says that the Summer Reading Program with Hornell Police/Fire Dept officials today, is still going to be held at 1pm at the Police/Fire Station today, instead of the Hornell Public Library. That’s because of the weather today.
