Hornell Fire Chief: How Hornell Got To Be A Hotspot For Covid-19

HORNELL, NY – Hornell Fire Chief Frank Brzowski, appearing on the Newsmaker Show this morning, explained how Hornell became a hot spot for Covid-19. “It came from out of the area,” Brzowski said. “People who don’t want to be in New York City right, so they went back to their home town, or don’t want to be in Rochester now, so they went back to their home town.”
