HORNELL, NY – Mayor John Buckley says there are big plans in the works to make improvements to downtown Hornell and is inviting the public to attend and open house at the Community Arts Center this coming Tuesday to learn about this project. The City of Hornell is holding an Open House at the Hornell Community Arts Center to share details of the Streetscape and Alleyway Improvement projects related to the Downtown Revitalization Initiative. The mayor says stop in any time between 5pm-8 PM on Tuesday, July 25th to see the plans for Broadway, Main Street, and Seneca Street.
