HORNELL, NY –Hornell Industrial Development Agency Director Jim Griffin says that the Industrial Development Corporation, which is a local development corporation of the Hornell IDA, will be used to assist in the development of the medical office buildings at the old Kmart Plaza.
Jim Griffin says it all boils down to the city of Hornell and IDA helping St. James in any way that they can.
