HORNELL, NY – The Hornell Industrial Development Agency is working to arrange a cleanup of the South Yards.
Hornell IDA Director Jim Griffin says t he engineering for the cleanup will cost about $,4,000, and the bulldozing, repairs, etc., will cost about $20,000.
