HORNELL, NY – The Hornell Law and Ordinance Committee met last night, and spent about an hour discussing the ramifications of the New York State Marijuana Opt-Out Law. City Hall Attorney Joe Pelych presented the committee with the pro’s and con’s of opting out, and what a marijuana dispensary would be like for Hornell and Steuben County.
The committee will meet again next week, and then the full Hornell Common Council will vote on it before the end of December.
