HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police are reporting the arrest of Jeffrey R. Dennis, 43, of 14 Emmett Street, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Second Degree. Hornell Police say that three ounces of meth was found on Dennis, during a traffic stop on Glen Avenue. Hornell Police say this is an A-II felony.
