HORNELL, NY – A 24 Hornell man was pulled over in South Corning, and Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard says 24 year old Stephen Carpenter, had cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl, clonazepam, alproazolam, over twenty-five grams of marihuana and digital scales and over five hundred dollars in cash in his vehicle. Carpenter is facing numerous drug charges and is in Steuben County Jail, $10,000 bail.
