HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police report that Harold Warner, 28, who was wanted in Hornell in connection with an illicit methamphetamine lab operation on Olive Place, is now in custody in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Hornell police tell us that Warner was arrested in Lemoyne Borough, Pennsylvania on charges of DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and false impersonation of a law enforcement officer.
He is being held as a fugitive from justice for the crimes of unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and reckless endangerment related to the investigation in Hornell.
