HORNELL, NY – With bad weather on it’s way, Mayor Shawn Hogan announced this morning that there is a parking ban on Hornell streets, going on now and lasting until Thursday morning at 9am.
The mayor noted that residents can park their cars on the streets as long as cars are removed for snow plow work when it’s needed.
Hogan also says that there should be no unnecessary travel, for the time being.
