HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police have charged 40 year old Stephen Wing of 60 Erie Avenue Lower, Hornell, with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Wing was ticketed and released.
Hornell Police also charged 42 year old Kenneth Potter, of Hammondsport, who moved to Hammondsport from Hornell, without notifying law enforcement of his change of address. Potter was issued an appearance ticket. Both Potter and Wing will appear in Hornell City Court at a later date.
