September 28, 2020

HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police Chief Ted Murray says, that so far this year, Hornell Police have saved almost two dozen lives, using Narcan to reverse the effects of near fatal overdoses. “We’ve had I believe, about 20 Narcan usages, where the officers had been able to go out and actually bring somebody back that wasn’t breathing or doing very well, that Narcan had brought back, since the beginning of the year,” Chief Murray told Brian O’Neil this morning on the Newsmaker Show. “Unfortunately, we do see Fentynal type products out there on the streets, and they are very deadly.”
