HORNELL, NY – The Hornell Police Department will be participating in the NYS Stop DWI High Visibility Engagement Campaign throughout this New Year’s weekend. Extra patrols will be designated to enforce operator impairment laws during this busy weekend. Police say, please take the time to make a plan for safe and sober transportation to and from your destinations.
