HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police are reporting that a driver struck a house with a vehicle, over the weekend on East Elm Street and Delaware Avenue.
Officials say that the driver/suspect, Thomas Turner IV, 21 years old, Hornell, was charged with two counts of DWI.
Turner was in the Hornell City Lockup on Saturday, but has since posted bail.
