HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police announced several weeks ago that they were looking for Hamid Afzali, of Flushing NY, who was described as a person of interest, in the recent Operation Spring Break. Afzali was located and has been charged with criminal possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance, as well as selling drugs near school grounds. Afzali is now in Steuben County Jail.
