HORNELL, NY – At the first ever Hornell Police Department’s Appreciation And Recognition Ceremony, held at the Main Place in Hornel on Friday night, Police Chief Ted Murray and Police Captain Mike Sexsmith gave out awards to the officers of the Hornell Police Department.
