Hornell Police Officer Due In Court Thursday
Hornell Police Officer Jennifer Speed has a court date next week. On Thursday, Speed, is scheduled to be in Steuben County Court. She’s accused of stealing $15,000 from the evidence room, money that officials seized during the Steven Brockway arrest in 2012. Speed’s attorney says she zealously maintains her innocence.
