FROM THE HPD: “The Hornell Police Department will be participating in the July 4th NYS Stop DWI High Visibility Engagement Campaign. Extra patrols will be deployed throughout the weekend and will be dedicated to DWI enforcement . Please arrange for safe transportation to and from your destination this holiday weekend.
