Hornell Principals Have Positive News About Common Core

HORNELL, NY – Common Core update: Hornell High School Principals Tony Gill and Ted Illi reported at this week’s school board meeting that they are seeing positive strides, especially for students at the lower end.
Intermediate School Principal Sean Gaffney stated that Math and English Language Arts modules are getting smoother, and that the implementation is improving.
Junior High Principal Ted Illi also says the 7th and 8th graders are benefiting from the modules.
