Hornell Residents Can Get Housing Rehabilitation $

HORNELL, NY – Hornell residents can now apply for housing rehabilitation money. “They just come to the Community Development Office and put their name on a list,” said Mayor Shawn Hogan. “Currently there’s a waiting list, but need and income eligibility is a big factor, so everyone who needs some type of work who feels that they might qualify, just come and check it out.”

Hogan also says the money available is part of a grant/low interest loan deal.
