The Hornell Department of Public Works will be paving the following streets on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 (weather dependent).
Emmett St.
Hubbard St.
Seward St.
Blaine Ln.
We will be closing the street(s) at 7am until the asphalt cools. There will be no access in or out during that time.
Please have all vehicles off of the street and out of your driveway (if needed) before we close the street for the day.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation and understanding while we make these necessary improvements to our City Streets.
