BATH, NY – From The Sheriff’s Dept: Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on September 5, 2023, Investigators of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Nicole M. Harwood, age 47, of High Street, Hornell, New York, following an investigation. It is alleged that Ms. Harwood received money she was not entitled to in excess of $3,000 and made false entries into an official business record in the Town of Bath. Ms. Harwood was charged with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree, a class D Felony, and Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree, a class E Felony. Ms. Harwood was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
