HORNELL, NY – From The Steuben Co Sheriffs Dept:
Steuben County Sheriff Jim Allard reports that on December 11, 2020, deputies of the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Alexus S. Davis, age 25, of Seneca Road North, Hornell, New York, following an investigation into a reported break-in at a residence on Airport Road, Town of Hornellsville, New York. It is alleged that Ms. Davis entered and remained in a residence unlawfully, damaged and stole property from it. Ms. Davis was charged with Burglary in the Second Degree, a class C Felony, Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. Ms. Davis was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
