Events are scheduled for Monday, for the eclipse. Locally, there will be some things going on at Shawmut Park in Hornell. As far as school students go, Canisteo-Greenwood and Arkport are off all day on Monday. There is no school for Hornell students Monday in Hornell, though staff is to report to Hornell schools for a conference day.
Also, Hornell City Hall is closed Monday at 12pm.
