HORNELL, NY – Hornell officials say that it’s being investigated to see if Dakota Miller was the one who bit Ian Manisk-Huff, the one year old baby who died on Sunday morning at Strong Memorial Hospital.
Officials say that there were bite marks on the baby, and Miller has already been charged for assault.
