FROM THE HPD: The Hornell Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the owner or operator of a vehicle shown in the included photos. The vehicle is believed to have been involved in a disturbance that occurred during the morning hours of May 3, 2026, on River Street in the City of Hornell. The vehicle was seen with a white hood prior to the incident, as shown in the photo. It was later observed leaving the scene without a hood. The vehicle may also have an out of state license plate displayed on the front and a New York plate on the rear.
