HPD: Wellsville Man Had 48 Bags Of Meth Inside His Car

HORNELL, NY – Hornell Police charged Jacob Clark, 40, of Wellsville, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia, in the 2nd Degree. Also, Robyn Hitchcock, 40, of Wellsville, a passenger in Clark’s car, is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th Degree.

Hornell Police say, there were 48 bags of Methamphetamines, inside the vehicle that Clark was driving.

Recently, Hornell Police also charged Gerald Keech, 25, Bolivar, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and Corey Bilby, 34, Olean, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
