WELLSVILLE, NY – A tractor trailer caught on fire, early last month in Wellsville, and after investigating, New York State Police are now alleging that four Wellsville residents: 50 year old Raymond Miller, 27 year old James Miller, 23 year old Cheyenne Miller, and 43 year old Robert Roach, took part in an insurance fraud scheme.
Three of the four suspects (except for Cheyenne Miller) were remanded to Allegany County Jail.
