LIVINGSTON COUNTY, NY – WHAM TV reports that Livingston County Sheriff Tom Dougherty says that David Clyde Morgan might be dead. David Clyde Morgan is the suspect who is accused of pulling a gun on law enforcement in Geneseo, two months ago, and then running away into a cornfield and escaping.
